.TH domains are a premium solution for companies looking to strengthen their presence in the Thai market and secure a key name in its most prestigious form..TH domains are only available during specific "registration windows".
Applications must be submitted before the designated deadline (in case of delay, one must wait for a new registration window).
The domain name must be an exact match of the trademark. Abbreviations or modifications of the name are not allowed.
Applications are processed in the following order:
1. Thai trademarks
2. Owners of .co.th domains with a foreign trademark (so-called grandfathering)
3. Other .co.th domain owners
4. Other eligible applicants (e.g., foreign trademarks)
Owning a .co.th domain significantly increases the chances of obtaining a .TH domain, but does not guarantee its grant.
In case of a failed .TH domain registration, the current renewal fee is refunded (the excess constitutes an application fee and is non-refundable).
Each .TH domain includes a free equivalent in the Thai alphabet (.ไทย); however, entities outside Thailand must pay for a Local Agent service to use this domain.
All proceeds from the .TH annual fee go to a charity foundation, whose main aim is to bring Internet access to remote areas of Thailand.

What are Thai .TH domains - characteristics
Thai domains .TH are the popular internet name extensions in the country of Thailand. The .TH domain is the national domain, which originated from the ISO code (TH, Thailand). The cost of registering one .TH domain name for one year is 3 360,50 £, plus any tax. The registration time may be prolonged because there are additional requirements imposed by the .TH name registry on applicants wishing to register their domains in the .TH extension.
